Follow Up Appointment

Following your initial appointment your clinician may ask you to return to the clinic for a Follow Up Appointment to monitor your progress.

You will be advised at the initial appointment when you will need to re-visit the clinic and an appointment will be given to you on an appointment card or you will be sent an appointment letter in the post.

Cancelling an Appointment:

If you have to cancel an appointment, please give us as much notice as possible so that your appointment can be given to someone else. Please contact us or email.
